Many children benefit from a developmentally appropriate, full-day program, most notably in terms of early academic achievement – a foundation for school and life success. What are the requirements for kindergarten early entrance testing?
To be tested, students must turn 5 on or before September 30: No exceptions.
In addition, children must reside within the Battle Ground School District boundaries and be eligible to participate based upon assessment results.
Enrollment is determined by space availability at the primary school. Preschool is recommended but not required.
If you have more questions or are interested in having your child tested for early entrance, please contact Cindy Klemsz at (360) 885-5414 or klemsz.cindy@battlegroundps.org.
